Bakers Pride Cyclone Series Combination Oven

Check out this quick video to learn how simple the Bakers Pride Cyclone series combination oven is to operate and clean!

The Cyclone series by Bakers Pride is a very simple combi oven designed to handle hotel pans or 13 by 18 sheet pans, only. The controls are knob driven and very simple. Note power switch when power is on, and convection cooking, steam, or combination of steam and convection. Heating from 122 degrees to 536 with a light that will tell you when you reach temp and will go off telling you're at the temp set. And notice the 212 degree setting to remind you that's your setting for steam. Your timer can be running all the time or by the time you'd like to cook. And note when the timer goes off, the oven shuts off. There are no preset preheats on the cyclone oven. And lastly, from 0 moisture all the way up to 100 percent, and then click for steam at the last mark. That is your 100 percent steam setting. Also you have fan settings high or low. This is your high, and this is your low for baking or high crisping. And it has the Bakers Pride Cyclone series logo on it, so it's a great oven. Now note the power light. We set to convection. We're gonna set the temperature to 220 degrees, and we're gonna set the timer for 30 minutes. And this is convection cooking so we haven't set moisture. Note this is the vent control. To the left is a closed vent, no air circulation in and out of the unit. Or to the right is a completely open vent, and this is used when you go from steaming a product to crisping a product. Opening the vent. Closed and open. The Cyclone has a single position handle, full stainless steel door, full stainless steel interior, with a fully gasketed door, and it must be cleaned daily. The gaskets will live for a long time if cleaned. And note the interior is all stainless steel And you have five slides. There is a 5, 7, and 10 slide unit. And note wire racks fit in beautifully. This is an optional purchase for the racks and they slide in as a draw. And standard with all units is a removable drain cover to protect against particulates going down the drain, and this should be cleaned daily. The unit can be washed simply with the accessory hose that needs to be purchased separately, allowing you to clean the whole unit. And note the screws loosened will allow you to remove the racks completely by way of lifting out for an easier clean. And to clean interior, soap and water interior. Very simple to clean. All stainless, and finally using the accessory hose if you do purchase it to rinse down the interior cavity. Very simple cleaning for a very simple combi. And note the catch tray for condensation at the bottom and it will empty automatically into the drain to keep your floors drier from condensation drip. This is the Bakers Pride Cyclone series combination oven.

oven quickly great unit baked bakes bake convection evenly more
not only is the worst oven we have ever had, already broke 3 times and parts are never in stock, oven broke again over a week ago and still no a solid answer from the warranty department.... very bad when it comes to warranty.
I absolutely love my oven I have not had a chance to use it because I am in the process of moving. The doors open very easily and will bake so much more than a conventional oven. I will post pictures when I get it hooked up.
I love this oven, it works really great and the price is very reasonable. There is only one thing to say, it cooks more from one side, but that is acceptable.
We are very disappointed with this oven. After less than a month it is already giving problem. The door latches wasn't closing properly and two of the setting aren't working. Midway while baking our cakes the oven randomly shut off multiple occasions. Webstaurant did connected us to the manufacture and a technician did come out earlier this week, but the oven is still randomly shutting off. This product seems like a manufacture defects and should of been replaced not repaired.
We've used this oven in our bakery for a while. It works steadily and we've had no issues with it. However it does have hot spots so you have to get used to that so you can bake your items accordingly. We noticed things baked on the top got very dark while the things on the bottom baked quite a bit lighter. Once you figure out where in the oven you should put your items you'll be okay.
Have had this oven over a year now. For the price, it is worth it, but it constantly fluctuates in temperature so you really have to keep an eye on what your baking. It does have hot spots as well.
I'm so glad we chose this oven for our bakery. It bakes quickly, and never lets us down! The one downside is that it seems to bake more quickly on the right than the left.
I give it a one because I can't give it ZERO stars. Terrible product and service. I received it new in box later than told. When it arrived It was not working properly and when I called to get warranty service was told it would be extra as it was emergency repairs and other work orders were promised before me. they said they could come out later tonight but it would be extra charges and not covered by the warranty. I was told to have a nice day when I expressed my concern about the hardship it would cause my restaurant. I wish I hadn't bought this product.
We needed a lighter duty convection oven to use in our nightclub and this Bakers Pride unit fit the bill perfectly. Delivery was very smooth and surprisingly quick. Installation of the unit was easy, but be aware that this unit does not include a power cable. This worked for our application as we intended to hardwire the equipment anyhow. The unit heats evenly and relatively quickly though it took a few days for the "new oven smell" to burn off.
Great and smooth delivery process! This equipment has been a great asset to our operations and one of the best purchases we have made. Truly recommend this product for anyone looking for a great convection oven!
This oven is a tempting price, but it definitely comes with some caveats. I wish the spacing inside was a little better measured for standard-sized baking trays. It does take a while to get to temperature, and the built-in timer has quickly become nonfunctional (it gets stuck).
So happy with this oven choice. I did miss that it has to be hard wired to the wall but it was worth it. Bakes evenly more than enough rack space.
Very good oven for the price. We use ours 6-8 hours a day and have had it for 6 months with no issues. Only complaint is interior light is dim so we have to open the door to check on food.
It is my first convection oven and very happy we ordered it... It baked evenly. At first we need to practice a lot but now we got the trick and learned how to make it work. All are friends are raving about how fast it can bake!
The restaurant I work for has this oven, and it truly is the best kind I've ever had the pleasure of using. It always provides consistent products and we haven't had any sort of problems with it.
This convection oven is so great! It bakes all things completely evenly, and it doesn't seem like there are any hot spots. I love using this oven.
So happy we decided to go with this oven. It's very heavy so be prepared with the necessary gear to be able to transport this upon delivery. It doesn't come with a power cord so just plan on buying that for it. Instructions kind of suck but I called their customer service during install and it literally took 3 minutes to get my question answered. What was my question you ask? "How do you install the power cable." Answer = There is a screw at the top of the control panel on the front right of the oven. Unscrew that screw and you can pull that whole panel out to get to the connections for the power cord. Oven shipped fast. it is plenty big on the inside and comes with mounting parts to stack another oven unit on top of it when needed.
