Great for making batches of baked goods, snack foods, pizzas, and warm sandwiches, this Moffat Turbofan single deck full size 5 pan electric touch screen convection oven with steam injection is a great way to increase cooking capacity without sacrificing valuable space in your commercial kitchen! With a compact width of 28 7/8", this oven sits directly on your countertop or can be attached to a portable stand (sold separately). Plus, it fits 5 full size sheet pans, so you are able to capitalize on cooking space.

This convection oven boasts 5.6 kW of heating power and a 2-speed bi-directional reversing fan system spreads heat throughout the entire oven, ensuring evenly cooked products. Not only that, this unit is designed to save you money. From the energy saving set-back mode to the low energy loss door, you're sure to notice a difference on your energy bill. The large 5.7" LED backlit touch screen controls are easy to use, and the icon driven program menu makes it easy for your employees to choose an option. With both program and manual modes, this oven is designed for ultimate precision and can be fine-tuned between 85-500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Have you ever looked at perfectly cooked loaves of artisan bread and wondered what the secret was? The steam injection mode on this oven is adjustable up to 5 levels and is guaranteed to change the way you bake bread. Instead of a dull, hard loaf of bread, steam injection keeps the bread from losing moisture during the first 5 to 10 minutes of baking and helps to give your bread an enticing, crisp crust. In addition, the USB port allows you to upload your restaurant or cafe's favorite recipes directly onto the oven. For further customization, the adjustable sound tones and volume make it easy to recognize which products are cooking and individual shelf controls allow you to cook multiple products set for different times.

The interior of this oven is covered with a porcelain baking compartment liner that is extremely effective at evenly distributing heat. The oven compartment can hold up to (5) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans in a front to back position, and the rack positions are separated with 3 1/3" of space. This unit comes with 5 chrome plated wire racks so you can start cooking right away. Plus, the dual halogen lamps in the interior of the oven illuminate the space so you can monitor products at a quick glance. For valuable temperature protection, a continuous door seal ensures the warm air inside does not escape.

The stainless steel front, sides, and top provide durability, ease of cleaning, and corrosion resistance, while the left-hinged door features dual pane glass encased in stainless steel door frames with a welded stainless steel door handle. The door is field convertible and can be easily switched to right-hinged, if desired. Plus, with 3" anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet, you will have no problem when it comes time to clean underneath. This unit requires a 208V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
