Great for making small batches of baked goods, snack foods, pizzas, and warm sandwiches, this Moffat Turbofan single deck full size 3 pan electric convection oven with mechanical controls is a great way to increase cooking capacity without sacrificing valuable space in your kitchen! Its compact 31 1/3" width makes it great for coffee shops, kiosks, snack bars, and restaurants.
This convection oven features 4.5 kW of heating power and a bi-directional reversing fan system that spreads heat throughout the entire oven, ensuring evenly cooked products. Plus, with a diameter of 7", the full stainless steel oven fan is a powerful workhorse. The interior is covered with a porcelain baking compartment liner that is extremely effective at evenly distributing heat. To adequately cook multiple dishes at once, the oven compartment can hold up to (3) 18" x 26" full size sheet pans in a left to right position, and the rack positions are separated with 3 1/3" of space. In addition, the oven comes with 3 chrome plated wire racks so you can start cooking right away.
An adjustable mechanical temperature control knob allows this oven to operate at temperatures between 150-500 degrees Fahrenheit, giving it the capacity to cook a large array of dishes and products. It also has a 60-minute timer to help keep track of your culinary creations and dual halogen lamps in the interior of the oven illuminate the space so you can monitor products at a quick glance. For valuable temperature protection, the continuous door seal ensures the warm air inside does not escape.
The stainless steel front, sides, and top provide durability, ease of cleaning, and corrosion resistance, while the door features dual pane glass encased in stainless steel door frames with a Stay-Cool powder coated welded door handle. Plus, with 3" anti-skid adjustable stainless steel feet, you will have no problem when it comes time to clean underneath! This unit requires a 220-240V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.

Disappointing Experience: Moffat E27M3-P Turbofan Failed After 5 Uses
I recently purchased the Moffat E27M3-P Turbofan Single Deck Full Size Electric Convection Oven with Mechanical Controls from Webstaurant, and unfortunately, my experience with it has been extremely disappointing.
After only using the oven five times, the motor suddenly stopped working properly. This unexpected failure completely halted my ability to use the oven, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced.
Despite attempting to schedule a repair, the process quickly became frustrating. The initial conversations were promising, but the subsequent handling of the situation by the service company left much to be desired. Excuse after excuse was provided, and as of today, my oven remains out of order.

The turbofan oven was the perfect addition to our bakery. We have used it for several months for all sorts of breads, muffins, and cookies. We bought this oven 4 years ago and have had zero issues out of it. It always cooks perfectly and evenly. Fits large baking pans 18 x 24 with no problem and a 16 x 16 baking pan.
Also I originally bought one that wouldn't fit through our door! (I had measured but the handle and knobs etc made it too small) and webrestaurantstore helped me get it exchanged super easily)
Big fan of this oven and their service!! You wont be sorry with this oven.
