This natural gas unit boasts independent time and temperature controls and has a 150-500 degree Fahrenheit temperature range, for maximum versatility when cooking or baking. The two-speed fan is powered by a 1/2 hp motor and features convenient switch controls that allow you to easily bake or roast various products. This unit also features a cook and hold option so that you can cook at a high temperature and the oven will automatically switch to a lower holding temperature.

This unit is designed to be spacious and accommodating with five oven racks and 10 positions in a bakery depth cavity. Two lights illuminate the porcelainized interior, which allows for better browning when roasting and is easy to clean at the end of a busy day. The 60/40 dependent doors can be opened with one hand to a full 130 degrees, for easier pan loading and retrieving. Plus, the large, left-side window gives you a better view of your products while they cook.

With a durable, stainless steel exterior this unit is built to withstand a commercial environment and is easy to maintain. The curved corners on this unit allow for more efficient and thorough cleaning, helping you to keep your kitchen up to sanitation standards.
