4 Shelves Included

Four chrome wire shelves are included so you can get cooking right out of the box! Each rack can hold up to a 1/2 sheet pan, or the racks be removed to use the included pan guides. The added height of this half size unit allows for larger or taller basked goods such as muffins, bagels and other foods.

Spacious Interior

This oven boasts a half size cavity with 2.3 cu. ft. of space, perfect for a variety of medium batch products and other foods, with the added height benefit to accommodate a larger selection of goods.

Broiling Feature

A broil function turns the top element on for food finishing and light cheese melting. When the broil function is in use, the rear element is shut off while the fan continues to circulate. Located next to the on / off switch, simply flip the broil / convection switch up to change to the broiling function.

Steam Injection

To produce consistent, high-quality results, the oven features a green push button that adds a burst of steam to the cavity while cooking. The 3/4" water connection makes set-up fast and simple. This water connection helps product retain its natural moisture, helping you cook juicy meats and bake soft cookies. The required inlet pressure is 20-25 PSI.

Adjustable Timer and Temperature Controls

An adjustable temperature control knob allows this oven to operate at temperatures between 150 and 550 degrees Fahrenheit, giving it the capacity to cook a large array of dishes and products. It also has a 120-minute timer to help keep track of your culinary creations. The temperature control is marked in 50-degree increments and the timer in 10-minute increments.

Cool-Touch Door

A cool-touch dual pane glass door keeps the heat inside while giving the operator the opportunity to check on the cooking progress without sacrificing heat loss. It's rigid hinges are built to last in a commercial environment, while the full length gasket aids in trapping heat inside, effectively saving energy.

Stainless Steel Construction

A stainless steel interior and exterior give this convection oven excellent durability, and make it easy to clean.

Does this unit have a reset button?
Yes! There is an external reset button on the back of the unit. A small black cover is fitted over the button to protect it, and you must remove the cover before you can use it. Simply remove the cover using a flat head screwdriver, then press the small button underneath to reset your unit.
