At just 29 1/8" wide, the oven will fit nicely on any countertop at a business that is lacking kitchen space. The countertop oven reaches a cooking temperature of 475 degrees Fahrenheit. The dual thermal wide-view glass door allows you to watch over your products throughout the entire baking process, and the removable side racks make the oven versatile enough to bake with taller pans!
This oven has electromechanical controls with a temperature range up to 475 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a stainless steel interior and exterior and has an indicator light for the thermostat. The oven cavity holds 3 half-size (13" x 18") sheet pans and has 3 1/2" shelf spacing. This unit also includes 4" adjustable legs and a one-handed door handle operation with a cool-touch door. This oven requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
