Avantco CO-14 Quarter Size Countertop Convection Oven, 0.8 Cu. Ft. - 120V, 1440W

Have to give one star cause its the lowest it allows. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY UNLESS YOU ARE CONSIDERING THIS TO BE USED FOR LESS THAN 5 MONTHS. Less than 5 month old oven stopped working and smells like an electrical fire. Webstaurant DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THIS PRODUCT. Wasted almost an hour with their support and they want the customer to swap out parts to see if the item will be fixed. Needless to say look elsewhere if you need customer support.

We have not had good luck with this brand. I’d give it zero stars if I could. We had one that was used for around 6 months in our second cafe and it stopped working. It was under warranty so I got a replacement. Not even 2 months later and the replacement just stopped working as well. We also have a half size at our main cafe and it just started making a weird noise and isn’t heating properly so it will need to be replaced since it’s not under warranty anymore. I’d recommend skipping this cheap brand and purchasing a higher quality oven!

I have been using this oven daily to bake Focaccia bread and toast sandwiches for my small café. It works wonderfully so far, I have no complaints!

I bought the Avantco CO-14 convection oven in January 2019. We were planning on using the oven to toast bread for a certain sandwich we were planning on putting on the menu. We were not 100% sure on whether or not the sandwich would ever see the light of day because of the lack of manpower, so, I went cheap and bought the Avantco oven in case the sandwich never makes it onto the menu to minimize cost. Fast forward a year and the one year warranty had expired and we decided to put the sandwich on the menu and use the Avantco oven. After three months, the oven is dead. It doesn’t heat up. Worked great for 13.5 months (with the 1 year warranty! Isn't that always the way!) before emitting a loud HUUUUUMMMMMM from the blower motor. You get what you pay for!

So far so good, this oven actually does a good job when we bake our signature pay de queso a leaves it nice and golden brown.

The timer is malfunctioning and needs to be unplugged after use, or it will continue to heat indefinitely.

Works excellent to toast subs up rather than putting them on a griddle. Definitely recommend to buy this for your kitchen or deli.

Lasted maybe 6 months. Went out in a puff of smoke and tiny flame one day. Bought the extended warranty and the claim was denied by the warranty company. Would not purchase again.

Quality Product.

Puts together very well, sturdy and shipped quickly Great product for the restaurant and the size could be larger and would make it a good bargain. Shipping charges were a bit much but when we order more items it gets cheaper.

We've had this little unit for our brewery for just a little over a year. We use it to heat our pretzels, melt our cheese for our crostini's, Heat up our flatbread pizza's and sandwiches, and anything else we put on the menu for light heating needs. For us, it's been a work horse and has not failed us. GREAT buy for the money!

Awesome convection oven for the $$. Small enough to fit into a concession area or behind a bar for quick heating or hot holding. I use this thing daily without any issues going on a few years now.

We use this oven is our concession stand to heat soft pretzels and other convenience foods. Works great for us. Does not pull much power and heats items we use in 2 to 3 minutes, perfect for our use. We do have to be sure to clean crumbs from the bottom around the door gasket to maintain the seal. Other than that works great. We have owned this for 3 years and use it constantly 4 to 5 hours a day.

Economy option for sure, but heats up well still after a few years. Door gets loose and gasket wears easily, nut is easy to replace. Good product for the price.

I own four Avantco products and they all work perfectly. I really appreciate the size and operational capabilities of this oven and have had no issues so far. The only thing I would like to see changed. I would like the oven to shut off with the timer with option to stay on.

Lifesaver!! Being a small kitchen and menu this countertop convection oven has done more for our food business than we expected. It gets to the temperature you need. The food is cooked evenly and the timer is a big help so nothing goes to waste.

This little Avantco oven works just as well as the more expensive Italian brand we've used before. We cook biscuits, sausage & chicken patties every morning for our customers and it works perfectly every time!
