An adjustable temperature control knob allows this oven to operate at temperatures between 150 and 500 degrees Fahrenheit, giving it the capacity to cook a large array of dishes and products. It also has a 120-minute timer to help keep track of your culinary creations. The temperature control is marked in 50-degree increments and the timer in 10-minute increments.

Cool-Touch Door

A cool-touch dual pane glass door keeps the heat inside while giving the operator the opportunity to check on the cooking progress without sacrificing heat loss. It's rigid hinges are built to last in a commercial environment, while the full length gasket aids in trapping heat inside, effectively saving energy.

Stainless Steel Construction

A stainless steel interior and exterior give this convection oven excellent durability, and make it easy to clean.

Do I need to install the legs on this unit?
Yes! The legs must be installed on the unit to provide proper clearance for ventalitation and sanitation.
Does this unit have a reset button?
Yes! There is an external reset button on the back of the unit. A small black cover is fitted over the button to protect it, and you must remove the cover before you can use it. Simply remove the cover using a flat head screwdriver, then press the small button underneath to reset your unit.
What is the recommended capacity/usage for this unit?
This unit is recommended for supplemental baking, low volume baking, and medium volume reheating. It is not recommended for high volume applications, frozen items, sheet cakes, delicate baking, or roasting. It is not intended for high volume, high temperature requirements. The recovery time is medium. These units are not intended for daily roasting or baking protein. This unit does not have the capacity to replace heavy-duty floor model convection ovens. Usage: approximately 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.

DO NOT BUY AN AVANTCO OVEN! We purchased 2 of these ovens for our 2 coffee shops in November. We only bake 2 or 3 sheets of pastries per day. The first one stopped heating in Feburary. After going back and forth with Avantco they finally replaced it. Now the second one has stopped heating. After reaching out to Avantco again we are told they only have a 6 mo warranty. SIX MONTHS!!! The irony is we bought these ovens to replace quarter-sheet ovens we bought at another company that we had no problems with for 3 years. We hoped to increase our capacity and "upgrade" to commercial ovens that only lasted months. So we have gone back to using our other brand oven. Save yourself the frustration.

I have had two of these ovens, each worked great, for a short time... The first lasted aprox. 6 months, and the fan stopped working. They replaced it with a second one, and the same thing happened. We were told it is not meant for our capacity. The product description states " Its compact design makes it great for coffee shops, kiosks, snack bars, and restaurants." That's us! Looking for other options.

I have had no issues with this countertop oven. It puts off very little heat, which is great in the small space we have it in. Like any oven, it does have some hot spots, so I rotate my sheets halfway through. I have had no complaints and am contemplating purchasing a second one!

Love these ovens! We own 3 of them. 2 of them weve had for about 4 years. Had to replace the fan motors in 2 of them, but we do bake 250 to 300 biscuits a day in them.

I love the size of this oven. It worked very well for about a year and a half, only using it for a few hours a day. After 1.5 years the motor went out. Spend the extra money and upgrade.

If you need what you bake to cook evenly, this oven is not a good choice. The outside cookies on my pans will be burned, with the ones on the inside not being cooked enough. I wish I had not selected this oven.

I wanted to love this oven. I needed to love it because it was the only one I could find that fit in our kitchen. But it bakes cookies so poorly. Some of the cookies come out burnt, others still raw in the middle. It's kind of hard to produce even moderate volume with the design of this oven.

This oven has its quirks! I know they say every oven is a learning experience, so let me share what I've learned. The hot spot is the back right-hand side of the oven. If you bake with more than 2 trays, the temperature will drop too much to keep a consistent bake, so you will have to add time to all of your items. You will have to rotate SOME items, not all. Anything in rows. Surprisingly enough, I have baked cakes and cookies at the same time, and I found that the cakes do not need to be turned at all. They bake really evenly thanks to the circular shape. From time to time, this oven rattles. It is not completely stable inside. I have a small boutique pie shop. I use this oven to bake our pies. It seems the back, right portion of this oven is hotter than the rest as my pies on that side tend to burn. So I have to regularly rotate my pies during the cooking process to prevent them from burning. Other than that glitch this oven bakes my pies very well. Flakey crust cooked all the way through and much quicker than our regular electric oven. I would buy another one if I needed it - I really like it. I recommend it for a small bakery/shop environment on a limited budget.

I bought this oven 6 months ago. The fan stop working after 6 months, just like other customer who purchased this with the same problem. After talking with the representative and they send me a new fan to replace it. Installed the new fan, recheck the connection, and it still does not run. I believed this oven is defective. This oven is nice if it working properly.

I searched for months to find an affordable but heavy duty half-size convection oven. The home models were too flimsy or small, and most commercial models were way out of my price range. The Advantco was exactly what I was looking for. It runs on normal household current, but is still plenty powerful. It is all stainless construction and comes with four baking racks. The oven fan is quite powerful. You really need to be careful about opening it while it’s running, because you will be blasted with hot air. I did notice, as other reviewers have commented, that it has a hot spot, and you really should rotate the food half way through the cooking process. Purchased this oven for our mold manufacturing company and it works great. Tons of room inside the oven for running prototypes. Heat is pretty consistent as well. Highly recommend for anyone that wants a tabletop solution that's still spacious enough for larger capacity items.

We have only had this oven for less than a year and we only use it ONCE per week. It is already causing us so many issues. My husband had to "jimmy rig" it together to run now. The whole inside seal is broken, too. Don't buy this.

In one year we had to make a claim under warranty. They would only send a new part and we had to pay to find someone to repair it. It broke again just after warranty expired and we were out of luck. I would not recommend this brand of ovens.

I just can’t get this to heat evenly or correctly. I use an oven thermometer and I have to bake cookies at 300 to get them to come out even remotely correct and at least 2 are to dark from hot spots, even if I rotate. I had high hope of making this work. Sadly, I should have saved the money.

This oven is great. We bake all of our pastries at our coffee shop: scones, loaves, muffins, cookies, brownies, all kinds of baked goods. We also use it to cook off chicken and bacon for our salads. The items are best rotated, like most convection ovens, to prevent browner spots or lopsided muffins from the fan blowing, but with a turn or two mid bake the items come out lovely! I don’t always use a timer, but with the recipes I’ve used with times on them it is fairly accurate for completion on a cook/bake.

Not bad considering the price, although its ready to be replaced after 13 months and I wont be getting another one. To be fair, it is used for toasting sandwiches all day in a busy deli. The fan is far slower than I was expecting and the door seal hasn't stayed in place since it arrived. While it is still working, the door springs are worn out and wont keep the door closed. For home use you should be happy but anything involving commercial food service, keep looking.
