This convection oven features a spacious cavity in a compact footprint, saving you space while simultaneously accommodating up to four half-size sheet pans. The electronic controls are precise and intuitive to make operation easy for even your newest employees, and a thermostat indicator light and microswitch fan motor cut-off give you complete control over your food.

The stainless steel exterior provides long-lasting durability and combines with full insulation to provide a cool to the touch exterior, while the dual pane, tempered glass door provides excellent insulation and gives you full view of your product. A silicone rubber gasket creates an air-tight seal between the door and body, and thanks to the slam cam door handle, you don't have to worry about breaking the door when closing it in a hurry. The whole unit is mounted on 4" legs for reliable stability.
