The stainless steel pedestal base design features four 7/16" evenly spaced holes, allowing you to secure it to the floor in your kitchen. Plus, the 304 type stainless steel construction is highly stain and corrosion resistant, which makes cleanup much easier.

Thanks to the 2/3 jacketed design, this kettle has 1-2 times more heat transfer surface area than that of the same sized stock pot. This means you'll have faster heat-up and cook times, which increases production. Plus, faster cook times mean less energy used, so your utility bills will be lower. And, with more even heating, there is less need for frequent stirring or "pot watching." The hemispherical bottom ensures superior heat circulation, which helps keep the heat inside the kettle, rather than the surrounding kitchen area. This combined with the hinged cover which helps traps heat inside offers your employees a more comfortable working environment. When your product finishes cooking and is ready to serve, the kettle has a 2" draw off.
