Its welded-in heating elements are also better at holding the vacuum and preventing water leaks.

This Cleveland 40 gallon stationary steam jacketed kettle boasts precise, solid state electronic temperature controls, and heats evenly from all sides, which eliminates hot spots to yield consistently ideal results. Its LED readouts ensure easy monitoring of the heat cycle and water level so you spend less time watching the kettle and more time focusing on other tasks. Plus, its stainless steel contraction ensures long-lasting durability and easy cleaning! Its rolled rim can stand up to abuse, preventing damage to the kettle, and the heavy-duty flanged feet allow you to bolt the kettle to the floor.

The Cleveland tri-leg 40 gallon steam jacketed kettle with draw-off valve requires a 208/240V three phase electrical connection. 208V will put out 14.7 kW while 240V offers 19.6 kW.
