This Cleveland 12 gallon tilting gas steam jacketed kettle features an attached crank-controlled gear box to easily tilt the kettle and empty its contents for serving. A large pouring lip makes for fast and easy pouring, so it's great for cook-chill applications, as well. It boasts precise solid state, splash-proof temperature controls and heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots to yield consistently ideal results. LED indicators ensure easy monitoring of the heat cycle and water level so you spend less time watching the kettle and more time focusing on other tasks.
