    Not just used for straining, but we also use it to filter the oil from our fryer. The long stem is perfect for not getting a hand burnt.

    Simply great! These reinforced bouillon strainers are great! They were selling these things for 75 dollars at our local restaurant depot! We got them for a steal on webstaurant just like everything else!

    Wonderful strainer for straining hot vegetables. I wasn't sure whether I would like this, but it is a tough tool that stands up to pushing hot vegetables through it with a wooden Chinois pestle.
    The reinforced is the way to go. We would constantly but the ones without and they would break at a faster rate. Great to have the reinforcement and they last much longer.
    This strainer is tough and durable and perfect for straining larger capacities. Nothing gets through their tight wired netting. Just one more kitchen utensil that we trust.
    Exactly what we needed. This chinois is amazing from simply straining small products such as rice, clarifying a variety stocks, or making sure sauces are silky smooth for service.
    Good value. It's pretty lightweight, but quite sturdy. It does various jobs in our kitchen from dusting cinnamon to straining soups, etc.
    Exactly what I needed to strain tea leaves out. The only bad thing is the cone part is a little long so it dips into the liquid if it is anything more than 10 qts in a cambro. Fits my 24 qt cambro perfectly.
    This 10 inch reinforced chinois is a perfect fine mesh strainer. It does a great job straining product and sauces and getting out the smaller bits for a smooth sauce.

    Perfect for makes stock and sauces. So strong...a welcome addition to any kitchen. Was concerned about the size before purchasing, but it ended up being more than enough. Is a lot bigger than you think.
    Good product, works well. The handle is good for keeping balance. Not the strongest feel to it but hasn't bent of broken in anyway yet.
