I do not remember this product for restaurant use. While reinforce is good idea but they are poorly designed. they will not stay in place. in commercial kitchen falling over is very dangerous.

I would not recommend this for use in a commercial kitchen. It is very poorly made, low quality, the welds have already broken with light use. I will be lucky to get 6 months use out of this strainer. Essentially, it is a disposable product.

Good size, light weight but still can hold a bit of weight.

It is not stable and is not good quality. It wobbles and does not stay in place.

13 3/4" strainer is all that it is advertised. It is heavy duty and holds up well. The large size is great and it is very stable feeling in your hands. I love the wooden handle and the wide rest on the opposite side.
The reinforced heavy duty strainer is well built, made to last daily restaurant use and it works well for its intended purpose. The strainer's price is unbeatable and the quality is great.
