This durable, stainless steel skimmer features the heavy-duty, reinforced Exoglass composite material designed for intensive use and is heat resistant up to 482 degrees Fahrenheit. It features a one-piece, ergonomic handle to provide both comfort and stability while allowing the user to keep their hands at a safe distance from heat. In addition, the handle is insulated for added protection from heat.

This Exoglass skimmer is part frying skimmer, part skimmer. It boasts one-piece fine 1/8" stainless steel mesh to properly strain various foods. The mesh is very soft for use with delicate products, and it's efficient, too, with a grooved design around the edge of the bowl to keep product secure. When not in use, this skimmer easily hangs from a built-in hanging loop on the handle.
