I would definitely buy it again, but it seems well enough constructed that I won't have to for a long time.

Choice is the cheapest way you can cook commerically, you get what you pay for

This is extremely sketchy. The metal is rough to the touch and material needs to be abraded off. Which I thought was the end of it — but then I looked closely and you can see that the webbing is unfinished and shards can flake off! Did this pass equipment food safety tests? These metal shards can be flaked off so someone will be eating this! Why does stainless steel feel like this? Seems like it was a metal that was poured into a mold like plastic and not well
