Nice sturdy sieve. I would buy this brand again, - the quality is really nice, and the two hooks make it more stable than the other sieves I own. But I find myself using the 3 inch and 8 inch sizes much more than this one (4.5 inch)

People Talk About:strainer great mesh size sugar handle small powdered quality fine
This is a nice, small mesh strainer. Perfect for straining directly into a cup or bowl. The handle is comfortable and made of wood. Great strainer!
Seems to be of good quality and exactly what was expected. Nothing fancy but gets the job done. Not dishwasher safe, and works great on small projects.
Great strainer with very fine mesh about 26 grids for every inch straight, perfect for straining tea or coarse coffee, also good straining tomato sauces.
Excellent strainer! It does a great job when I am straining pasta or veggies. This is primarily a home used product and I would recommend!
I really like this strainer, the quality is very good. We use it for sprinkling cocoa and powdered sugar over desserts such as tiramisu and cannolis.
Strainer is built well and is a nice size for small applications like straining teas or small-batches of sauces, however, edges began to rust after only a few uses.
Thank you for your review, Andrew! We are sorry this Tablecraft 90 4 3/4 inch Fine Tin Single Mesh Strainer has not worked well for you. We recommend drying this item immediately after washing to avoid any rusting issues. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Customer Solutions team!
I’ve been using this to sift flour and sugar. The smaller size makes it easy to sift into certain containers or pots. Easy to clean!
Very cheap. Oxidized in no time and had to throw it away. I guess the price tells it all! Also wood handle is not finished correctly and you might get wood chips in your hand!
The Tablecraft 90 single mesh strainer is excellent for sprinkling powdered sugar on baked goods. It provides more control than a shaker and is still small enough to use for delicate dishes as well.
I like this strainer because it fits perfectly into a deli container. You can pour straight into the deli and not need to adjust like you would with a larger strainer.
I use this for sifting cake flour, cocoa powder, and confectioner's sugar. I don't wash it to prevent clumps from forming. I have recommended these tools to everyone I know.
Mine came slightly warped and has only further warped over time with usage. The building quality is nothing to write home about, the wooden handle is already feeling worn after constant washing over a month of use.
Thank you for your review, johnny! We are sorry this Tablecraft 90 4 3/4 inch Fine Tin Single Mesh Strainer has not met your expectations. A Customer Solutions Representative will contact you soon!
The Tablecraft strainer works great for sieving flour and for straining sauce. if you are dealing with lumpy flour or thick sauce just run it through the strainer and flour is fine and fluffy and the sauce and nice and silky. I also use it to dust powdered sugar, cocoa powder and as a lime/lemon strainer. Quality at a reasonable price.
Excellent price very handy tool in my kitchen all day for different chores. Good quality tool. My Employees love it.
This is a high quality stainer that's sturdier than most and can handle every small straining task. The wood handle also provides a nice aesthetic.
This strainer is very durable. I really like the sturdy wood handle. 4.75 inch diameter is good for removing solids from broth and other liquids.
Excellent quality on these strainers. I like this particular size for sprinkling powdered sugar over desserts. A great value as well considering the quality compared to others.
This strainer is fine enough to separate the pulp in some of my thicker blended soups. It can be used to clear broth and it can also be used to sift sugar or cocoa over desserts for presentation. This is a versatile and solid product.
Great product with even better quality. The metal isn't weak at all and we use it to dilute our flavors! Definitely would recommend to other people.
