My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?
Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Bakers Pride XX-12GSNAT Details
This Bakers Pride XX-12GS natural gas 68" countertop charbroiler is ideal for charcoal-style broiling without the use of coal or ceramic stones! This unit's 12 clog proof burners are capable of 216,000 BTU and are located every 4 7/8" for maximum performance. It also features cast iron radiants, heat deflectors, and adjustable top grates for incredible versatility and temperature control. Plus, this gas model gives you extra flame-flare for a more vibrant flavor profile.
The Bakers Pride XX-12GS countertop charbroiler is made of durable stainless steel and comes with a stainless steel water pan. This unit has a broiling area measuring 63" x 24".
