The slanted cooking surface is designed to to provide a range of cooking temperatures, allowing you to cook various products at once. For quality performance, this charbroiler uses cast iron radiants to deflect heat towards the cooking surface, ensuring quick recovery and convenient heat retention, saving you money and keeping your kitchen cool. This unit's cook top is also insulated which helps to conserve energy.

With a countertop design, the unit is space efficient, leaving room in your kitchen for additional equipment, supplies, or work surface area. It also allows placement on top of existing refridgerated bases and equipment stands, ensuring that your space is maximized to its full potential. For quick and easy cleaning, each grate blade has a cast-in grease trough which directs fat to the full-width grease gutter. Plus, this unit is equipped with a broiler drip tray.

This unit boasts a durable stainless steel construction, with welded and polished seams, and cast aluminum control knobs with heat protection grips. For added convenience, this charbroiler has a flexible gas hose that quickly disconnects. The large, 5" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. this charbroiler is complete with 4" stainless steel legs. This unit requires a liquid propane connection for operation.
