    This little knife is like using a scalpel I love using this knife to debone chickens I get cleaner tighter cut near the bones so I am able to cut more meet off the bones

    We process in total about 400-600 chickens, turkeys and ducks on our farm each year and absolutely love the victorinox 3" poultry boning knife. Be careful it is very sharp!

    This knife is really good for processing chickens and turkeys. The length is great, point excellent and the edge stays sharp even with repeated use.
