Just as good as the ones I can find elsewhere online but cheaper at Webstaurant! Cheaper is a good thing! Great service too! Good knie for not a lot of money but they do need professional grinding periodically.

This is THE BEST boning knife on the market. Quality blade you would expect from dexter-russell but a handle that is second to none! When working on slippery meat and fish the rubber handle gives a strong and safe grip. Best knife for the dollar.

I really like the handles on this series of knives. The shape is very comfortable, and the ridges help you hold on when the knife and your hand get covered in blood/grease.

Bought this for my grandmother to replace some aging knives that it has. The knife is very sharp and the handle is really comfortable to hold. The blade isn't too flexible, so this isn't the kind of boning knife that can bend around bones to get a super close shave, but for tasks like cutting meat and vegetables it is great.
