    As is expected from a company with as much repute as Victorinox, the blade was razor sharp straight out of the box. The light flexibility of the blade allows for easy blade manipulation for all of your boning needs. From my experience, Victorinox blades hold their sharpness very well- and with proper care they can last for decades or even a lifetime.

    In addition to larger processing and deboning, the Victorinox 6-inch semi-stiff boning knife also works well for trimming, cutting, and preparing loins and other medium sized pieces for cooking.

    These are great for filleting fish. The semi-flexible blade makes skinning the fish a breeze. They last a really long time, too! Our guys love them.

    Excellent Boning knife, easy to maintain control, maintains a great edge. After each use, I run it across a honing stick before putting it away and it's more than ready for the next job. Highly recommend this knife to anyone in the business of cutting meat or just the plain ol cooking enthusiast at home.

    I have own many different brands of knifes over my fifteen years of cooking and Victorinox is by far the best. They are easy to put an edge on and easy to maintain an edge. also another good thing going for these knifes is they are lite.

    Love this knife. On our 3rd one, but got at least a year of pretty heavy use out of the other two. Great for filleting steaks or making stuffed chickens

    This is a new shape boning knife for me and I was pleased to find how useful it is when trying to get close to the bone. The handle could be more ergonomic, but wasn't too bad.
