Frequently Asked Questions From Customers

What's the difference between a semi-flexible and a semi-stiff boning knife?
These terms are often used interchangeably and refer to the same type of knife. Semi-flexible or semi-stiff blades allow for enough flexibility for close, precise cuts but are not as well-suited for shaping or seaming as a fully-flexible knife.

I am truly in love with this knife. I was doubtful of the quality because of the price but I was wrong. This has become a much needed tool in my kitchen. The handle is comfortable to hold and it doesn't slip from your hands. It is very sharp and cuts easily.
