The Varimixer V5-B Teddy 5 qt. black countertop mixer is designed to handle all your heavy-duty mixing needs. This 5 qt. mixer features a powerful 2/5 hp motor with a high-torque, direct drive transmission to ensure consistent mixing speeds even for large batch sizes. It features a variable speed drive with a wide agitator speed range from 78 to 422 RPM, allowing you to choose from lower speeds for ingredient incorporation or higher speeds for air incorporation and whipping. It also boasts a sleek, compact size with a quiet motor, providing your kitchen with all the power you need with minimal noise.

The V5-B comes fully equipped with a stainless steel mixing bowl and wire whisk that will last longer than those provided with some other models. A sturdy dough hook and flat beater also come with this mixer, so you can craft a variety of recipes with a single machine. It even includes a removable bowl screen for mess-free operation and an ingredient chute to help you seamlessly funnel ingredients into the bowl.

This unit has two rotary knobs, one on each side of the mixer, that can be used for speed adjustment and as an opening / closing function. A single lever holds the bowl in place during operation. For additional safety, it has overload protection, no voltage release, and an interlock mechanism that prevents operation if the head is tilted. Plus, its die-cast aluminum frame, black powder-coated finish, and rounded corners make for easy cleaning at the end of the day. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection to operate.
