This Doyon 20 qt. commercial planetary stand mixer is perfect for any business that produces high volumes of batter or dough. Its 20 qt. bowl accommodates up to 10 lb. of dough, which can be processed with the included stainless steel whip, flat beater, or dough hook. This versatile mixer allows you to create a variety of products like cakes, cookies, and bread, to meatloaf and silky smooth mashed potatoes, the possibilities are endless. A #12 attachment hub is also included for additional versatility. It features a manual control knob with 3 speeds to meet your needs. Plus, a 60 minute countdown timer helps you keep track of the mixing.

For long-lasting commercial use, the mixer is supported by a heavy-duty frame that's easy to wipe down at the end of the day. This unit is made for mounting on a table stand (sold separately) for easy access and usage. During operation, an anti-vibration device holds the unit steady, and a stainless steel bowl guard covers the bowl while providing product visibility. The stainless steel bowl locks on each side too and is easy to lift into place with the manual bowl lifting system.

To keep your staff safe, the mixer is equipped with safety features like an emergency stop. Motor overload protection is built-in as well, preventing the 1/2 hp motor from burning out. A 120V, 1 phase electrical connection is required for operation.
