Bought this mixer when I opened my restaurant. It is a cheap mixer which is exactly what I expected. About 6 months after I bought it the lift handle broke. Being a handy type of guy I opened it up to fix it and found that the slot that the arm pivots the raise lever was being held together by multiple strands of cheap pot metal. Dug it all out and Replaced it with a #10 stainless steel 2" bolt with a lock washer and wing nut. It took almost a year for it to snap that bolt off entirely because the lift pivot is not correctly aligned in the mixer.
