The Sirman 15359028SNA Raffaello 350 EVO TOP 14" heavy duty manual gravity feed meat slicer features a one-piece, compact design that's ideal for high-volume retail applications! It boasts a high-torque 1/2 hp fan-cooled motor and 14" wide blade ideal for continuous heavy-duty cheese and meat slicing. It's also easy to use, with IP 67 controls and a dial to adjust slice thickness up to 1".

This slicer is constructed entirely of durable anodized aluminum with a low-profile, edgeless design and sleek aluminum knobs, handles, and dials. The stainless steel slide shaft assembly ensures smooth operation, while the forged carbon steel blade is maintained by a built-in two stone, dual action sharpener. For quick and efficient cleaning, the sharpener is removable and a lift lever allows access to the rest of the slicer.

For safe use, this unit has an improved blade guard removal system and tilt-carriage that both allow for zero blade exposure to prevent contact. There is also a permanently mounted blade rim guard and overload protection / no volt release feature. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
