This meat slicer prioritizes safety with its blade cover release knob with a safety micro switch and Eastman Tritan™ clear hand guard. The low-voltage release also turns the unit off in the event of a power failure. Additionally, this unit is easy to clean thanks to the removable slice deflector and carriage with a locking zero blade exposure, and there's a wide gap between the housing and the unit's blade for a more thorough cleaning.
This meat slicer has sealed housing to prevent moisture damage for a durable design.
