This Vollrath 40951 12" manual gravity feed slicer features a compact design that's ideal for slicing meats in medium-volume operations and small restaurants.
This Vollrath 40951 slicer comes with an exclusive non-stick coating on the gauge plate for ease of cleaning. The body is made of durable anodized aluminum, and the slicer's blade is belt-driven by a 2/5 hp motor. 2/5 hp 12" slicers are appropriate for low-volume applications of up to 1 hour of slicing per day. It is not suitable for continuous, heavy use, raw or frozen meat, or cheese. This 12" manual gravity feed slicer requires a 120V electrical connection.

This machine makes my life so much easier! I usually have meat that is still partially frozen, and it still goes through it like butter. Easy to adjust thickness on front. Not set adjustments, so you can get the exact thickness you need.

Nice product, great power and smooth only draw back is a bit small
beautiful look , this slicer is really smooth it doesn't make noise at all, the blade is really easy to be sharped the it make a really nice slices specially with cold cuts
