Operated by a simple on / off switch with a power light indicator, the 10" long hollow-ground, chrome-plated carbon steel knife can slice precise thicknesses up to 9/16" for ultra-fine, tissue-thin cuts or thicker slices. The slicer also boasts a top-mounted, two-stone knife sharpener to continuously maintain a sharp blade and has a carriage that accepts food up to 8 1/4" x 6 7/8" x 6 7/8" in size. The removeable sharpeners also help simplify the sharpening process.
