It's great for slicing cheese and processed meat continuously throughout the day, allowing you to achieve precise and consistent slices up to 1" thick with the simple turn of an adjustment knob. Operation couldn't be any simpler thanks to a 35 degree gravity feed that maximizes productivity by reducing operator fatigue and discomfort, as well as a built-in sharpener that always keeps your blade ready for action.

The slicer's body is made of rugged, hard-coated anodized aluminum while the blade is driven by a 1/2 hp motor and a durable, long-wearing belt for years of reliable service. A proprietary non-stick coating not only reduces drag but, along with the removable carriage, safe blade removal tool, and helpful kickstand, also makes the unit incredibly simple to clean! This slicer requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
