This meat slicer has simple controls with a start / stop button. The durable Poly-V belt drive system reduces maintenance without sacrificing the high-end performance you expect. The exclusive design extends the belt life while still producing optimal slicing results. Plus, it has a powerful 1/2 hp motor. It requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
Optimal Precision
This unit features a 45-degree product table and can accommodate food up to 10" wide and 6" tall or a diameter of 8". Additionally, the gauge plate is adjustable to slice any thickness up to 9/16". The 12" chrome-plated carbon steel knife offers precision while providing infinite slice adjustments. Its top-mounted ceramic stone sharpener hones the unit's knife in 15 seconds, and it's also removable for easy cleaning.
Safe Operation
With a permanent knife ring guard, there are no loose or moving parts for easy operation. The no-volt release feature ensures safety by protecting against knife exposure, and the rear-mounted, removable meat grip with a contoured handle keeps meat secure in the slicer.
Easy To Clean
The anodized aluminum base features smooth, durable surfaces that are easy to clean, and, since the base is one piece, there are few holes and crevices for food to collect in and bacteria to grow. The tilting and removable carriage and the removable product deflector provide complete access for deep cleaning.
