Whether you need to boil pasta or simmer sauces, stocks, and stews, this Cleveland KDM-25-T tilting steam jacketed direct steam kettle is an excellent way to boost your operation's speed and energy efficiency! Its impressive 25 gallon capacity can hold up to (400) 8 oz. servings, while a power tilting mechanism makes emptying the kettle easier and safer than ever. A removable pan support holds a single full size food pan for you to empty contents into and, for added convenience, a 2" draw-off valve makes draining pasta and other product a breeze!

Thanks to the 2/3 jacketed design, this kettle has 1-2 times more heat transfer surface area. This means you'll have faster heat-up and cook times, which increases production. Plus, faster cook times mean less energy used, so your utility bills will be lower. Plus, with more even heating, there is less need for frequent stirring or "pot watching".

A built in 1/2" steam connection point allows for you to hook up your steam supply and operates at 5 to 20 psi. The hemispherical bottom ensures superior heat circulation, which helps keep the heat inside the kettle, rather than the surrounding kitchen area.

The cabinet base is equipped with a hot and cold water fill faucet to save your workers even more time by eliminating the need to carry buckets of water from a separate source for recipes and cleaning. A steam supply safety valve adds extra security for your employees, and the removable side panels make the inner components easily accessible for servicing. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
