This stainless steel model features a mixer with infinitely variable mixing speeds, letting you stir its contents to make processed meats for vacuum-sealing.

This Cleveland 20 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle boasts precise solid state, water-resistant, and splash-proof electronic temperature controls and heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots. Its lever-controlled tilting mechanism smoothly pivots the kettle for easy pouring. A safety device prevents high speed starts and mixing stops as soon as this model's bridge is lifted. A 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance. In addition, this unit features a handy double pantry faucet, making adding water for cooking and cleaning a breeze.
