The Cleveland MKDT-12-T direct steam tilting 12 gallon 2/3 steam jacketed tabletop mixer kettle connects directly to your existing steam source to quickly heat, churn, and stir stews, soups, and sauces to a smooth consistency right on your tabletop! This model features a mixer with infinitely variable mixing speeds, letting you stir its contents to make processed meats for vacuum-sealing.

This Cleveland 12 gallon tilting steam jacketed mixer kettle heats evenly from all sides, eliminating hot spots and yielding consistently ideal results. Its lever-controlled tilting mechanism smoothly pivots the kettle for easy pouring, and it can be mounted on either side to accommodate your entire staff. A safety device prevents high-speed starts, and mixing stops as soon as this model's bridge is lifted. For superior performance, this unit's nylon blade scrapes the entire jacketed surface, and a 50 PSI rating, higher than many standard kettles, improves efficiency and performance.
