Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

Anets TM24X36 LP Details

Cook delicious, quality food on the Anets TM24X36 Temp Master 36" countertop liquid propane griddle! Designed with plate temperature sensors, it allows for precise temperature control that's perfect for cooking a wide array of foods, from burgers to pancakes to grilled cheese sandwiches! Because the 3/4" plate contains a high nickel content, the griddle retains more heat than those with thinner plates. As a result, it cooks quickly and with less energy, saving you both time and money!

This unit features one burner per 12", each paired with its own manual control for easy and independent operation. This type of control is perfect for cooking by feel, which allows the chef to adjust the settings to the cooking requirements of the food for more intuitive, custom cooking.

Built with double wall construction and stainless steel front, sides, grease trough and splashguards, the unit is perfect for constant use, high-volume applications. The splashguards and a grease trough promote safety and easy maintenance, respectively.
