The heavy-duty Garland natural gas griddle provides 56,000 BTU of cooking power across its 24" width to handle any cooking task!
This heavy-duty gas griddle features two "U" shaped 28,000 BTU burners and a 1" thick steel griddle plate for even temperature distribution. Plus, its large capacity stainless steel grease tray and 3 1/2" deep front rail enhance usability.
