This heavy-duty gas griddle features five "U" shaped 28,000 BTU burners and a 1" thick steel griddle plate for even temperature distribution. Plus, its large capacity stainless steel grease tray and 3 1/2" deep front rail enhance usability.

This product was manufactured so poorly that the temperature control knobs all broke off at the stem within 6 months of receipt. When I reached out to the manufacturer for a warranty repair, I got the run around. Now they are denying the repair and it has cost as much to fix their shoddy equipment as it would to purchase another brand new model. Avoid this manufacturer at all costs, or you'll be spending thousands more than you need to on subpar equipment.
