Good serated paring knife for fruits and vegetables. It sometimes cuts a little crooked, but I would recommend it overall for this great price. Has lasted a while.

I keep a few of these paring knives in my restaurant. The serrated blades come in handy so it’s easier to grip the fruit when cutting
Richard T. Posted on 01/26/2018
The knife is reasonably priced and has decent build quality. It is on the long side for a pairing knife, and is serrated. The handle feels pretty good in the hand, and I generally like it, but I wish that the knife was a little bit sharper.
James Y. from Http://shavetools.com Posted on 01/09/2018
This 4" serrated pairing knife features a spear point. This is a very low priced knife and will do work. The serrated blade makes it easy to cut thick rind fruits such as citrus. It can also be used for bread.
Brandon G. from Dig & Serve Posted on 12/05/2017
The knife it ok. I feel like it could be sharper and I an not sure how to sharpen it. To be honest I am not a huge fan of serrated knives. The handle is fine and the steel did not rust or discolor.

We have used this same knife since we opened our bar/restaurant 4 years ago and it still cuts our fruits with ease (oranges, lemons, limes). It's size and durable handle are handy for behind the bar use.
Kelsey T. from Czeckers, Inc Posted on 09/06/2017

Great little paring knife. Sturdy and gets the job done. It is nothing fancy, but it is just what is needed to cut fruit and other smaller items.
Jill W. from Ivory Road LLC Posted on 07/07/2017
Good knife for the price. Serrated with a decent handle. There is a sharp piece on my handle that digs into my palm. Not a big deal but might be if you used it for a while. Cuts fine so far.
Becky H. from E Lou Coffee Posted on 07/04/2017
I love how the handle fits in my hand and how comfortable it feels. The blade is sharp right out of the package and it has stayed sharp after multiple uses. It's great for cutting fruits and vegetables. It makes my work easier. I would recommend!

I have ordered many pairing knives via WebStaurant and they have ALL arrived extremely sharp. They can easily cut through bread and veggies alike. They are easy to use, clean and hold on to when cutting tough products. Overall, one of my favorite purchases as I can use these for 12-14 months before noticing any dulling.
Anna M. from Dream Thread LLC Posted on 06/01/2017

very good economical knife. just don't get it around any corrosive chemicals as it will cause these blades to pit and stain. simple soap and water and they are just fine.
Greg D. Posted on 03/10/2017
Simple, small, and cheap. Great to have several of these around to use when you don't want to damage a nicer paring knife. I often use these on bone.

What is to say? It is a 4" serrated paring knife. It does what it is supposed to. We bought a 2nd one for the front of house so they could have their own,
Treva P. from Treva's Pastries and Fine Foods Posted on 08/11/2016
These small serrated knives are excellent as bar knives as the small size makes them convenient while the serrations work well for cutting fresh fruit such as lemons and limes. Excellent value.

Not a bag knife. Sharp upon arrival and a decent handle on it. I prefer the victorinox because they feel nicer in the hand, but overall okay.

I love the name brand made knife of this same style. I've been using them for years. I decided to try this no name brand one from webstaurant store and it just wasn't the same. I ordered 2 dozen of them and gave them out as gifts. Out of the five that I kept for myself four of them were rusted. I'm embarrassed that I didn't check the ones I gave away because they might have had rust spots on them as well. The knife isn't as sharp and well made as the brand name one. It also doesn't have a balanced feel when cutting. It sort of cuts more to one side. With some things you pay for what you get. This knife was about half the price of the name brand one but I think I would spend more for a better knife. I contacted customer service and they were able to remedy the issue of the four knives which was great but they couldn't do anything about the knives I had already given away. I still love webstaurant though and will continue to buy from them.

Perfect for behind the bar slicing lemons and limes and trimming your fingernails when it's snowing like crazy and there's no one coming into the restaurant. Ummmm, just kidding. I'd buy again.
Thomas M. from Saucy's Walk Up Posted on 03/04/2015
Purchased mainly to slice tomatoes and smaller baked goods - sometimes the big serrated knife is just too big and this is the perfect size . Great quality for the price - seems very durable.
Amanda K. Posted on 12/13/2014
Cheap and effective. Slices oranges, tomatoes, apples and dices garlic very well. Light and tiny! I would recommend getting at least 3 of them because it is a go to tiny knife. Although this knife does rust very easily so clean and DRY right away.
Dawn P. Posted on 11/17/2014
my wife loves this 4 inch serrated paring knife. It has a razor sharp edge and excellent commercial quality to it. She recommends this item!
Tom K. from TKNY Capital, LLC Posted on 05/23/2014
These are great little knives. You can't beat the price. I use them as paring knives and as utility knives. Very sharp. At this price I am not overly concerned if one gets lost.
Brian C. Posted on 04/28/2014
This small paring knife makes it really easy to chop little fruits and vegetables, such as raspberries and strawberries for a delicious fruit tart. It's a great product.
Dorothy T. Posted on 11/24/2012
