Easy to use paring knife. Very small and affordable. We purchased a bunch of extras because we knew these would go missing all the time.

This short bladed knife is excellent for detail boning and precision cutting of vegetables and fruit. The large handle makes it easy and safe to handle. I have several of these knives and can avoid cross-contamination between vegetables, fruit, and raw meats. The price makes it easy to have several of these in the knife drawer.

This is lightweight, almost to the point of feeling cheap. However, it is easy to hold onto, manipulate, and has a very sharp cutting edge, with just enough flex in the blade for perfect peeling.

This knife handles very well. I have very large hands and I feel that this knife has sat well in my hand over the popular brands.

Great product if you are looking for an economical paring knife. Affordable enough that you dont have to feel bad about replacing as they go dull. Every kitchen should have a handful.

I really needed to purchase new paring knives and I am very happy that I decided on this one. Even though the price is cheap, the paring knife isn't. It is well made and the blade holds it's edge, even with a lot of use.

There is not enough good that I can say about this knife! It is the perfect size for most paring duties--but my favorite feature is the wide handle that allows you to have a great grip on the knife. It is more comfortable than any other paring knife I have used!

The knife is a pretty good buy. It is affordable, sturdy, feels decent in the hand, is fairly sharp, and, best of all it is one of the few dishwasher safe knives I have seen.

This is a very nice perry knife I really like the handle is very comfortable to use it's a great little length for carving fruit and cutting garnishes for cocktails at the bar

This is a great economical paring knife! While it may be priced cheaply, it doesn't affect the quality. You can use this knife for cutting fruits and vegetables or peeling. Either way, it has done more than I expected it to do for the price. I will be buying more should the need arise.

An excellent 3 1/4" pairing knife that has several uses from slicing bread to cutting chicken. At this cost, we will order more in the future when it dulls down. Its also dishwasher safe and is built with a quality sturdy handle.

This is great! A good knife for apples and other fruit has a thick blade so has strength to cut through harder veggies but not as thin as some knives so doesn't work to peel things as well but it has a great comfortable handle too that is made to be safe too!

This paring knive is a must have for any chef, either for a commercial or home kitchen. It's incredibly cheap, sharp, and very easy to clean.

This is a really nice paring knife, I need to pick up a few more of them. Unlike most paring knifes the handle on this is a full size one so it does not feel like its going to slip out of my hand at any time. It is sharp and ready to go right out box.

This knife is inexpensive, but the best part is the handle. It is larger and more ergonomic than most other paring knives so as long as its sharpened i love it

This 3 1/4 " paring knife is the perfect little knife for the price. We use it for all kinds of tasks. Will definitely buy again when needed.

Sharp an precise! This needs to be said at least three tiimes because that is how effective thus little knife is. From fruit to small cake cutting, this is my go to product. Easy to clean.

I like using this paring knife because of the shape of the handle. It is designed in a way that when my hands are wet i can still grip the handle and not worry about it slipping for me and i getting cut. The knife is sharp when new, but with some careful sharpening it can stay razor sharp.

This 3 1/4" paring knife has a stain resistant handle with a good non slip grip. it is very sharp, pares wonderfully and is made of high carbon German steel that should last. Easy to care for and easy to clean, it's a very nice knife.

These are great little knives with the kind of handles not usually come with paring knives and the blades are very sharp. We bought four, one for each employee for trimming our chocolate novelty products. No wonder it was rated as a must-have paring knife.
