Choice 8" Chef Knife with Yellow Handle

Really liked the chef knife at first, but honestly ypu get what you pay for, it requires to be sharpened constantly, and i believe it is bit harder to cut with than our other knives

This 12 inch white chef knife is a great deal! It is an excellent quality chef knife and is extremely sharp to cut through just about anything. Most of my brownies are baked in a 11" square pan, and this knife helped cut them perfectly! I will definitely be ordered more.

Decent knife for the price. Arrived very sharp from the factory, but doesn't hold its edge very long. We have mainly been using it to cut stacks of tortillas for chips.

I needed some extra chef's knives for my kitchen and these fit the bill perfectly. Anyone looking for a quality, inexpensive knife who doesn't care about branding needs to get this knife. Easily sharpened and cleaned, this knife has become a workhorse in all types of prep. The handle seems to hold onto color fairly easily, but a little bleaching should do the trick to strip the color.

So i have all good things to say bout this knife. Excellent for dicining veggies and slicing cheese of meat nice and thin. Comfortable grip handle and affordable.

This Chef Knife is light weight but made strong, it's not going to fall apart on you. This is a very sharp knife, and easily cuts through sandwiches. I like that it's shorter than most chef knives, it is definitely worth the price, I think I would have personally paid a little more for this knife but I'm glad I bought it.

I desperately needed a sharp knife that I could use away from the home. Fits the bill perfectly it’s sharp comfortable in the hand, and works well, and is a good value. The handle is made from polypropylene.

Love this knife--I'm not a knife fetishist, so i'm always looking for a cheap, sharp knife, and one that won't hurt the wallet to replace. These Choice knives are exactly that--arrived very sharp, and has been a great performer. The handle is slightly textured, which makes it easy to grip even if your hand is wet. Great purchase.

This knife is perfect and so economical. I used to use a smaller knife but this one saves me time, as I now don't have to make so many cuts due to the blade being longer.

Terrible, Just Terrible. Don't waste your money, I got two of these knifes because I was tired of sharping and I thought I would have some sharp knives for a month or two. Wrong, didn't hold an edge after the first day and honing doesn't help.

I wanted a chef knife that I could use out in my canning room to slice up cucumbers for pickles. This knife was affordable and I would not feel too bad if it got beaten up a little. The handle is comfortable even for someone with large hands like me. Balance is a bit off in my opinion. It feels a little light in the front. The blade is decently sharp when it arrives. I just wish I had went with the 10 inch, since the 12 is just a little too long to comfortably work with. Overall, an acceptable, affordable knife, but nothing special. Worth the price.

This Choice 8" knife is a great economic choice, its low price means you can use it for more tasks and don't have to baby the blade. The edge is fairly sharp, but the blade thickness does hinder its ability to slice like a laser. All in all, still an excellent kitchen knife.

I bought two of these to keep around the house as beater knives based upon other reviews. However, after the first time washing the knives they already began to rust. Normally, after washing my knives I always make sure to immediately dry them but I was in a rush and simply left them on the towel to dry. I'm glad I did because now I know that these knives are not what I expected them to be.

Good knife. Holds and edge for a while. We sharpen our blades every other month and it seems to be holding up fine. Will buy again.

Sharp and last a while

Really nice knife! Sharp edges. The handle is comfortable to hold. Classic choice for chopping and dicing and slicing just about anything!

Cheap but effective, easy to sharpen, but doesn't stay sharp for more than a shift or two.
