I absolutely love a good cutting knife. The handle aides with hand slipping while cutting. Easy to clean. Cuts really well. I purchased a set of all different sizes and stills. I think I am going to buy some more. If you have not tried them, you should.

These Choice bread knives are sharp as heck, i bought them during the 72 hour sale last week, after seeing them in action i'd gladly pay full price for them.
