How can I calibrate this AvaTemp waterproof digital pocket probe thermometer?

To recalibrate the thermometer, insert the probe into a mixture of 3 parts ice and 1 part water. Press the HOLD/CAL button for 4 seconds. Release the HOLD/CAL button when CAL starts flashing on the display. Then, once 32 degrees Fahrenheit / 0 degrees Celsius displays, the calibration is complete. Note: this function will only work if the temperature is between 30 and 34 degrees Fahrenheit, or -1 and 1 degrees Celsius. If the temperature is outside of this range, ERR will display for 2 seconds, and then return to the temperature mode.
