Accurately measure food temperatures with this CDN Q2-450X ProAccurate 2 3/4" heavy-duty digital waterproof pocket probe thermometer. Featuring a 1.5 mm thin tip on a 2 3/4" stainless steel stem, this thermometer allows you to measure the internal temperature of a variety of foods. The thin tip is perfect for thin cuts of meat, delicate fish, or compressed hamburger patties. Plus, the thermometer is made with food-safe ABS plastic with a BioCote antimicrobial coating for added sanitation.
You can use this thermometer to gauge temperatures between -40 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit or -40 to 230 degrees Celsius. The field calibration ensures accuracy so you can be confident in the temperature readings. The easy on / off button also has an auto-off feature after 10 minutes to conserve the LR44 battery. The protective sleeve has a pocket clip for added convenience and there is a 31" lanyard to wear the thermometer around your neck or hang it on a hook for storage. Thanks to its waterproof design this thermometer can be easily cleaned.

Definitely a decent product. Reasonable priced. If I was a true culinary chef I would probably by a bit better item but for our food truck this item is the perfect value for our operations.
