CDN AD-DTP392 Details

This CDN AD-DTP392 5 1/2" probe is designed for use with CDN's DTP392 digital cooking thermometer. Use it to quickly and easily swap out an existing probe or replace one that is lost. This probe features a thick needle point tip that makes it perfect for use in direct insertion applications such as when measuring the temperature of meats and other semisolid foods.

When used with a compatible thermometer display and control unit (sold separately), it can be used to measure temperatures between 32 and 392 degrees Fahrenheit. The 36" heat-resistant cord can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Swap out your stem and get your thermometer back up and running to remain in compliance with USDA safe food temperature requirements.
