This thermometer comes with the required CR2032 battery so you can get it up and running right away. It reads quickly, in just four seconds, and automatically turns off after 10 minutes to help preserve the battery life when the thermometer is not in use. The protective sleeve helps keep your thermometer clean and free of contaminants in between uses. Plus, the included lanyard and magnet make it easy for your staff to keep this thermometer within reach.
Thanks to the waterproof rating, this thermometer can withstand powerful water pressure to protect it from damage during use or during cleanup. This model can even be washed in a commercial low temperature dish machine so you can make sure it's clean and ready to use for the next job. This thermometer has a range of -58 to 572 degrees Fahrenheit with an accuracy of +/- 2 degrees Fahrenheit. It includes both Celsius and Fahrenheit scales for added convenience. It has a 3" stainless steel stem with a 1.5 mm tip for a fast response time and easy insertion into delicate foods.
