This unit features a 6" stainless steel probe that allows you to accurately measure food temperature inside an oven or grill. It measures temperatures between 32 and 392 degrees Fahrenheit. The 48" cord ensures optimal performance in and around the oven. The needle point probe is ideal for use in direct insertion applications, such as when monitoring roasts and other meats in the oven or on the grill.

For your ultimate convenience, the thermometer's display provides accurate temperature readings of both current temperature and set temperature. When set temperature is reached, the alarm will sound to provide a clear alert. Temperatures are displayed in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. Additionally, the unit has an auto-off feature.

The controls of the unit are simple for anyone to use. They include a power on/off button, min/max temperature modes, and up/down arrows for easy temperature selection.
