EverTite Rivets

The EverTite riveted handle is also permanently attached to ensure a very rigid connection between handle and vessel and even has a lifetime warranty, guaranteeing longevity. Thanks to this convenient design, you can cook with total confidence!

HardCoat Surface

Thanks to a unique electro-chemical bonding process, this stir fry pan boasts a HardCoat anodized surface that has outstanding warp resistance and an over 400% harder construction than natural aluminum. During production, this pan is covered in chemicals and electrically charged to produce a hard layer starting below the aluminum body's surface and extending 0.001" above the pan for superior protection. Thanks to this process, the hardened, non-porous and non-reactive surface provides excellent heat conductivity and strength.

Customer Q&AAsk a Question

How can I properly care for this aluminum item?
Hand washing is always the best option to ensure that your aluminum stays in best working order. However, if you decide to clean these in a dishwasher, we strongly recommend using metal-safe detergents and sanitizers to eliminate any flaking or tarnishing that could occur from some harsher cleaners.
How is top diameter measured in frying pans, and how accurate is this measurement?
The top diameter is the measurement across the frying pan from the interior of one side of the rim to the other. These dimensions are a close approximation as many frying pans have a curved upper rim, which makes precise measurement difficult. The standard naming is by top diameter, so although multiple brands have a 10” frying pan, there will likely be a small variation between each brand’s 10” pan.
What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?
A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.

For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.

Customer Reviews

This is a nice heavy pan, however, even with oil or release spray, all proteins will stick in this pan. Every attempt to clean the pan failed and is now scratched... into the trash it goes.

I've been using this pan for about ten years and it is still in great shape. I really like it, its not nonstick so make sure you use oil.

I was not happy with this pan. I tried cooking scrambled eggs and it was terrible. I used a little vegetable oil and cooked on medium heat and the eggs stuck so bad. I have since tried cooking fried potatoes and ground beef and still everything sticks. Vollrath is a great brand so I'm not sure if I just received a dud or what.

Good for household use. Food doesn't stick. I use this pan almost every day. It's better than nonstick, better than stainless steel. It's slightly large for apartment-sized cooktop, but you can cook large cuts of steak and several eggs comfortably. I'd recommend.
