I've been in professional kitchens for almost 30yrs...I've never seen pans separate in the weld like these do. water gets trapped in between the layers of the pan and causes the pan to warp and become unusable. absolutely terrible!!

It is such a great pan. I love everything about it, especially the welded handle which keeps the inside of the pan free of bolt or rivet, this improves the look and also makes it easy to clean
I love the Vigor SS3 Series 10" SS fry pan with welded handle. I can tell this pan will be use the most in my kitchen. Perfect size, the tri-ply stainless steel conducts the heat evenly and the clean up is supper easy on this pan. It will be my go to for most of my cooking.
