These knives produce a sticky sweat out of the black part of the handle. I have a bunch of these in different colors and they all produce the sticky ooze, if you get it on your hand it is very difficult to get off. Go with the WHITE handle knife and figure out how to color code them for yourself. 1 star, because there are no Zero stars.
